All fees are billed according to the pricing listed on NexonixHost.com unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payments are due in advance for each billing cycle.
Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of Services.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
While NexonixHost strives to maintain continuous uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. NexonixHost will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data hosted with NexonixHost. Although NexonixHost may offer backup services, we do not guarantee the integrity or availability of backups. We are not liable for data loss or corruption arising from any cause.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to access and use our Services will cease immediately.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Data loss, downtime, or loss of profits.
Damages resulting from unauthorized access or use of our servers.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NexonixHost in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexonixHost, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexonixHost operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location.
